The Year 1 curriculum provides guided flexibility, allowing for an initial deep dive into core subjects ahead of the specialisation phase in Year 2. With 40 possible course combinations, students can tailor their education by selecting one Major from a choice of four and a Minor from a selection of twelve.

NEOMA MIM Specialised Expertise Tracks

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®): This track offers a comprehensive foundation in finance, covering ethics, quantitative methods, financial reporting, economics, asset valuation, and portfolio management. Students prepare for the CFA® Level I exam during Year 1 and the Level II exam in Year 2.

  • Financial Markets & Technologies: Designed for those interested in financial risk management and emerging technologies, this track prepares students for the Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) certification offered by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

NEOMA MIM Professional Experience and Career Support

Depending on their chosen format, students can accumulate up to 18 months of professional experience. NEOMA supports this through more than 98,000 internship and job offers each year. The Talent & Career Development Unit, comprising 40 dedicated experts, provides personalised career guidance and support throughout the programme.

NEOMACT: Empowering Responsible Management

NEOMACT is NEOMA’s dedicated initiative to integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into its curriculum. All students participate in this programme, which begins with assessing their “eco-profile” and progresses through interactive climate and biodiversity training modules, culminating in certification by the “2TONNES” agency.

The initiative also acknowledges student-led community projects with academic credit and introduces a new role within each student organisation: the CSR Representative, responsible for promoting sustainability efforts across campus and beyond.

In Year 2, deepen your expertise with a double degree

Over 85 Specialised Tracks to Match Passion with Expertise

NEOMA’s Master in Management offers students more than 85 distinct academic tracks, allowing them to align their personal interests with professional goals.

Students may opt to pursue a double degree by enrolling in one of NEOMA’s specialised Master of Science (MSc) programmes. Alternatively, they can enhance their core management degree with a complementary double degree in a diverse range of disciplines, including Geopolitics, Health Management, Sustainability, Engineering, and Human Resources. These programmes are offered through partnerships with prestigious academic institutions in France—such as CentraleSupélec, IRIS – Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques, CESI, and Paris Panthéon Assas University – CIFFOP—as well as with international partners.

For those pursuing specialised knowledge in finance, the expertise tracks in Financial Markets & Technologies and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) provide intensive preparation for globally recognised certifications and high-level financial careers.

NEOMA MIM Evaluation procedures

Dual Validation and Assessment Structure of the NEOMA Master in Management Programme

The NEOMA Master in Management (MiM) programme features a robust dual validation system designed to assess students comprehensively:

  • Ongoing Assessment: Students are continuously evaluated throughout the programme via a series of individual or group reports and assignments, fostering consistent engagement and practical application of knowledge.

  • Final Evaluation: Conducted at the conclusion of the programme, this evaluation varies in format but is primarily individual, allowing for a thorough review of each student’s competencies.

Upon successful completion of all required components and validation of ECTS credits for each academic year, students are awarded the Level 7 qualification of the Master in Management.

In cases where specific modules are not validated and corresponding credits are not earned, participants are granted an opportunity to retake assessments during a designated evaluation period.
