Yale MBA Curriculum
To lead an organization that thrives and creates meaningful impact—whether it's a social venture delivering healthcare to underserved communities or a tech firm managing rapid expansion—leaders must possess strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and an understanding of broader societal trends that can influence their mission.
The Yale MBA curriculum is designed to develop such broad-minded leaders. It equips students with essential business skills and competencies while fostering curiosity and a deep awareness of how decisions affect a wide range of stakeholders.
