The Yale MAM is a highly selective one-year postgraduate program designed for exceptional graduates of Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) schools. Admissions


Yale SOM seeks high-potential, globally minded professionals who have already completed an MBA or equivalent degree from a Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) member school.


Requirements:


  • MBA or equivalent master’s degree from a GNAM member school

  • Strong academic performance and professional achievements

  • TOEFL or IELTS scores for non-native English speakers

  • Resume, essays, and two letters of recommendation

  • Online application and interview (by invitation)

Programme Content


The Yale MAM curriculum combines core leadership courses with electives across Yale University. Students customize their learning based on career goals and areas of interest.


Core Courses:


  • Global Leadership: Purpose and Impact

  • Advanced Management Perspectives

  • Quantitative Analysis for Global Leaders

  • Leading with Integrity


Electives / Customization:


MAM students can choose from over 100 electives across Yale SOM and other Yale schools such as Law, Environment, Public Health, and the Jackson School of Global Affairs to create an interdisciplinary academic experience.

Students engage with peers from 30+ top business schools through Global Network Weeks, virtual projects, and international immersions.

Applications are submitted online through the Yale SOM portal with supporting documents including academic transcripts, test scores (if applicable), essays, and recommendations. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview.

Tuition Fees & Cost of Living


The tuition fee for the Yale MAM program is approximately $78,000 USD for the full academic year.


Yale SOM is located in New Haven, Connecticut, which offers a moderate cost of living compared to major U.S. cities.


Estimated Monthly Expenses:


  • Accommodation: $900–$1,500

  • Food & groceries: $300–$450

  • Transport: $50–$100
